Personal Epiphanies

Personal Epiphanies are instances when you realize or understand something about yourself, even though the signs may have been there all along.

You can send us your own for submission here and remain anonymous if you so choose.

I'm a cheapo
I realized that I was cheap, not just frugal, when I found myself using left over wrapping paper from a wedding for Mother's Day. Not only was the paper inappropriate, but I left the paper on the roll, just unrolling as much as I needed. Next I set the present on the table and turned the paper upside down so the wedding bells couldn't be seen, then just laid the paper over the top of the present.  This way I could just roll it up and use it again. Hey it worked, still it kind of makes one sit up and take notice of how others may perceive you.
