We are sorry but due to an problem with the server all
previous posting in the forum were lost. If you care to restart one of the
existing subject then feel free to do so or go to the Open

This feature was started September 22 2004. This page was created in response
to the unusually large amount extreme events during this period. Only the events
preceding this date by a couple of weeks and after this date, will be covered.
