Recreation:

  • Plus many other scenic backgrounds for camping, biking, canoeing, or hiking including Jim Barnett Park, Candy Hill Campground, Wilkins Lake, Sherando Lake, and Clearbrook Lake.

  • Dinosaur Land - 30+ life-sized reproductions of dinosaurs!
  • Enjoy current feature films in Winchester’s classic Family Drive-In Theatre.
  • Busch Gardens - this amusement park offers Miniature cities from around the world, amazing rides, and Water Country, USA
  • Washington D.C.  only about an hour and a half away from the nation’s capitol
