Billing period - The term as specified in the advertisement contract between wut2c and the advertiser that defines the period of time between billing cycles.

Contributor: A person, company, agency or any entity that helps with the development of this site. Similar to a submitter except that a submission isn't always utilized. 

Pass through page - a page that a visitor must pass through in order to get to the selected linked page.

Pop Ups - Windows that open in addition the selected link.

Pornography: Any form of displaying a sexual act, device or frontal nudity of either sex.

Rules of engagement: wut2c Scans both incoming and outgoing mail for viruses or malicious code using the most sophisticated programs in our arsenal. When or if a we find any such items, then the source from which it was received will be recorded and passed on to the proper authorities.  

Site  A website, this website, or a physical location.

Spam  Unsolicited and broadcasted mass emails in an attempt to either sell an item or service or to draw traffic to a particular site. This differs from email  from sites whose email list you may have signed up for or tasteful emails sent to a select few for the purpose of soliciting business.

Submitters   An entity or person who submits information or material either physical or electronically, for use or publication by wut2c and our affiliates, wut2do and wr2go.com

Table - An area within a web page that can have content separate from the main body or shared borders.

Visitors Any person browsing this website on the internet or in any other form.
