Maybe it is the fresh air or maybe it the camaraderie or whatever all we know is that is is one one the most enjoyable pastimes. Perhaps your idea of outdoor cooking is on a barbecue in the backyard or hotdogs and marshmallows around a bonfire or replacing the spent energy after a exertacious day in the wilds. Because this site is dedicated to getting people to have fun, we shall break this down into two categories. Outdoor Gourmet and Grub. In the Gourmet section we will cover those dishes commonly prepared in a kitchen but cooked out of doors. But the Grub will feature those entrees that can be prepared under minimalistic conditions and is intended to both taste good and replenish you. It will be our pleasure to print your favorite outdoor recipes under this heading and give you credit for the contributions. Please go to our submission page.
