1 dozen Hard boiled large eggs chopped
to 1/4 inch
1 cup of mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped onions - more or less to taste
1/2 cup of finely chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon of salt - Stir
1 fluid ounce of sweet pickle juice Stir while adding
Add the ingredients in the order they appear above, stirring
gently where you see "stir".
If you can resist this, let this mixture stand for twenty minutes to
allow the salt to dissolve and the flavors to meld. Stir once again before
serving heavily on fresh or toasted bread or even on your favorite
cracker.
This mixture can also be added to cut up potatoes to make an
excellent "potato egg salad" that would be served with a meal.

This goes well with a homemade soup. |
